This ticket is specifically for people who already have a standard, family or disability concession ticket.

• Contact Timeless through either our social media or player1@timelessgaming.co.uk with your order number. 
• We will then give you a code and a link to the upgrade ticket, which will make this ticket reduced to £30.00.

All tickets and merchandise will be purchased now and available to collect on entry to the event on 13th August. Just bring your order number either on your phone/tablet or printed. 

If this ticket is purchased without a code, you will be given a VIP ticket, but as per our Terms & Conditions we are unable to offer any refunds if purchased in error.
