Food, Drinks & Courtyard Lowdown for Timeless 2026

Right, let's talk about the important stuff such as where you're eating, where you're drinking, and how the courtyard's going to work this year. Here's everything you need to know before Wednesday 12th August.

Food

Tuesday night (setup/VIP night) Punch Tarmeys will be serving food from 7–10pm.

Main day (Wednesday) Punch Tarmeys will be doing the same menu from 12–9pm.

Over in Arcains 

There's no restaurant or café open in Arcains itself this year, but the space is still there for you to grab a seat, take a breather, and hang out.

If you do fancy food while you're over that side, head up to the Arcains bar on the second floor, it's open 10am–11pm and serving food that whole time. That's your go-to for food in Arcains.

Bars

Some of you will remember the bar in the challenge stage room stayed shut last year as it was just too busy. However we're doing things differently this time.

Once the challenge stage finishes up (roughly 5–6pm), Punch Tarmey’s are opening that bar for us. With the challenge stage done for the day, it turns into a solid extra spot to grab a drink and mingle. It'll stay open until 9pm, when Wi-Fi Wars wraps.

Late Night Arcains Party

After Wi-Fi Wars finishes at around 9pm, Punch Tarmeys will close at around 9.30pm and the evening will continue in Arcains. Check out What's On for more information on what is happening from around 9pm until midnight for the close of Timeless!

Courtyard Access

As there are two gigs on Wednesday evening in venues that connect to the courtyard, there will be a little change to access in the evening. But this will not impact on disabled access, that stays exactly as normal.

Here's the plan:

• Courtyard's open to everyone all night Tuesday, and all day Wednesday up to 7:30pm.
• From 7:30pm Wednesday, the doors between the courtyard and the cocktail bar and Punch Tarmeys will be shut. 
• If you're heading back into Timeless after that, you'll need to walk round rather than cut through and we'll have this signposted clearly on the day so no one gets caught out.
• The courtyard itself is still totally open to anyone who wants to use it just stops people getting from the courtyard into the two gig venues (and vice versa). So it keeps the gatecrashers out without shutting anyone out of the courtyard.
